The Scoop Top Shako (Style #400) is very popular among high school and college marching bands. Shakos are custom-made to your specifications and are non-returnable and take approximately 2 to 6 weeks depending on number of hats being ordered and customization options. Larger orders and orders during the busy season can take up to 16 weeks.
Base price includes grained vinyl material. Can be upgraded to patent shiny plastic, polyester fabric, DAC/Wool, or all wool.
Base price also includes: Sweatband rolled for comfort with grommets and draw string. High Gloss visor in black or white. Chin strap in black or white. Plume Socket. Heavy duty cardboard “Dura-Box” with plastic handle for delivery and storage.
Description
Custom-made shakos have a high-impact plastic body and include a dust cover with Durabox cardboard box for long-lasting protection and safer storage. Shakos come standard in grained vinyl material with a plume socket, sweatband with brass grommets, a patent plastic visor, side buttons, and a chinstrap. Additional accessories available.
Shakos are custom-made and are non-returnable. Normal production time is 2-6 weeks depending on the size of the order and the season.
