Orders
We accept School Check, Booster Check, Cashier's Check, Certified Check, Money Order, Visa or MasterCard Credit Card (personal checks must clear the bank before we can ship. This may take up to 10 working days). If you are using our Internet order form you simply place the order as you normally would and just above "Payment Method" is a spot for Comments & Special Instructions - Just say how you are paying. Print out the page using your browser's print button and mail it along with your payment.
Purchase Orders. Simply mail or fax us a copy of a signed Purchase Order form signed by the Superintendent or Authorized Purchasing Agent. Orders placed with a purchase order are processed when the mailed or faxed copy is received. Payment terms for purchase orders are Net 30 Days. If you are using the internet for your order you simply order as you normally would and when you get to the payment screen you choose “I will Fax credit card payment with my order”. Just above that section is “Comments or Special Instructions”. State that you will be sending a Purchase Order. Print out the page using your browser's print button and mail or fax it along with your purchase order.
Credit
Card sales. We accept Visa &
MasterCard. Cardholder must provide
name, billing address, telephone number (NOT CELL), card number, and expiration
date.
International
Orders. We accept Western Union, PayPal
or wire transfer to our bank account for all foreign orders. We will e-mail you the bank information
after we check the order for postage and correct amounts.
Collection
Checks returned to Peacock’s Marching World due to insufficient funds will be
charged $25.00. All invoices on accounts for more than 30 days are subject to a
1.5% per month delinquency fee (18% annually). These terms also apply to ALL
organizations and will be added to statements on a monthly basis. In the event
that affirmative action is required on the part of Peacock’s Marching World to
collect the amount owed, the buyer shall pay all cost of collection including
reasonable attorney fees.
Returns
We cannot accept returns
unless a Return Authorization Number (RAN) has been issued. To obtain a Return
Authorization Number please call Peacock’s Marching World 1 928 692-2263 or Fax
1 928 692-2270 stating what the problem is.

Packages returned without a Return Authorization Number may be refused.
Merchandise is non-returnable after 30 days from dated invoice. Any goods not
returned in this period will result in the buyer keeping the goods and being
responsible for all charges. A 20% restocking and handling fee applies to all
returns unless manufacturer’s fault. Special design or custom made items cannot
be returned. In the event of missing items, duplicate shipments, incorrect
sizes or colors, lost shipments, or product defects please contact
Peacock’s Marching World. Cost of item(s) may be refunded if item(s) are returned
in good condition. Postage and handling charges are not refundable.
Prices
Shipping and Handling charges are added to all orders. Prices listed on the web
or ads from Peacock’s Marching World are subject to change without notice. Some items we do not have control of when
the manufacturer is going to change the prices. We will try our best to honor prices we have stated.

Most Shipments in the 48 Contiguous
States are made via UPS Ground or U.S. Mail Priority.
UPS Overnight, UPS 2nd Day or 3rd
Day are available at an additional charge.
All Foreign orders please e-mail for
cost or when you place your order

In Stock items are shipped Monday
through Friday within 24 hours of approved order.
Custom made and special design items
will be shipped as soon as they are manufactured.
As soon as possible on receiving order check
for damage or other problems.

Shipping Damage
We try to
pack and ship your merchandise to insure your order arrives safely.
Occasionally a shipment will become
damaged in transit. If you suspect shipping
damage when you receive your order, please take the following steps:
1. As soon as possible on receiving order check for damage or other problems.
Problems must be reported to us within 3
days of delivery.

Save all shipping material and boxes.
